Who we are

Ads by Dawn is a product of Twelvenets LLC, based in Austin, Texas ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit adsbydawn.com or use your Ads by Dawn account, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@adsbydawn.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you create an account or buy a plan we collect your name, email address, business or organization details, industry, your ad message and creative, and anything you tell us on forms or calls. Affiliates also give us a link to their audience and payout details (a PayPal or Wise email).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the purchase, the plan, the amount and your email.

Automatic information. Like most websites we receive basic technical information such as your browser, device and approximate location, and we use cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To run your account and your campaign, from onboarding to launch to reporting.
• To create and approve your ad with you.
• To send receipts, reminders and service emails.
• To track and pay affiliate commissions.
• To measure how the site and ads perform, and to improve our service.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

Cookies and referral tracking

We use a small number of cookies. A referral cookie (dawn_ref) remembers which affiliate sent you, for up to 60 days, so the right person is credited if you buy. We also use cookies needed to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work and affiliate credit may be lost.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Ads by Dawn, under their own privacy terms, such as:

• Stripe (payments)
• Google (sign-in, database, spreadsheets, calendar and email)
• Cloudflare (hosting and security)
• Make (automation of purchases and records)
• Our Twelvenets brand teams, to place and report on your ad

We may also share information if required by law.

Analytics

To show advertisers their results we use aggregated figures such as impressions, reach and where audiences are located by country. These do not identify individual people.

How long we keep it

We keep account and campaign records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving marketing emails, by writing to hello@adsbydawn.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Texas and other state residents

We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. If you live in Texas or another state with a privacy law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To use these rights, email hello@adsbydawn.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Security

We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards, including sign-in protection, to keep your information safe. No online service can promise perfect security.

Children

Ads by Dawn is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
