What is Ads by Dawn?
The advertising channel for Twelvenets brands: Purple Jam, Orbit, Amber District and Jetloop. One purchase places your message across video, audio, web, print and in-person.
Who is it for?
Local businesses, creators, nonprofits and brands in every industry who want to be seen by an engaged community.
Is it self-serve?
No. Our team sets everything up with you, from purchase to launch. You never have to build or manage a campaign.
Who is behind it?
Ads by Dawn is a Twelvenets LLC product. Every advertiser gets a real person on our team.
Pricing and payment
How much does it cost?
Standard is $250 and Premium is $500. Each is a one-time payment for a 33-day ad period. Current prices are introductory and may change.
Is there a subscription or auto-renewal?
No. You pay once. Nothing renews unless you choose to buy again.
When does my ad period start?
On your go-live date, not on the day you pay.
How do I pay?
Securely through Stripe, with cards, wallets and other options shown at checkout. You receive an emailed receipt.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final once you buy. If you have a question first, book a quick call and we'll help you choose.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
Standard and Premium
What is the difference?
Both plans include the same placements. Premium gets priority and featured positions, such as high-traffic pages, the front-page feature and the best booth spot.
Can I switch plans mid-campaign?
No. Plan changes can't be made while a campaign is running. You can choose a different plan next time.
Do you guarantee sales or clicks?
No. We can't promise sales, clicks or specific audience numbers. We show you what we can measure, every day.
Creating your ad
Can you design the ad for me?
Yes. Send your own finished files, or our team creates the ad with you. Design help includes one round of revisions.
Do I approve it before it goes live?
Always. Nothing runs without your approval. Late approval can move your go-live date.
Can I change my ad after it goes live?
Changes are made before go-live. Once live, ads can't be paused or rescheduled.
Who owns the ad?
You do. Twelvenets may show the finished work in its portfolio.
Getting started
How does it work?
Choose a plan and pay, complete a short form, join a quick call, approve your ad, then watch it go live.
How long until I'm live?
Most advertisers go live within a few business days of finishing onboarding.
What happens after I pay?
You get a receipt and a welcome email with your next steps. Your dashboard opens so you can finish onboarding.

Results and reporting
What results will I see?
A daily dashboard with impressions, reach and where people saw your ad, plus a PDF report and data download.
Can I see where my audience is?
Yes. Your dashboard shows the top places your ad was seen.
Why no click tracking?
Most of our placements are in video, audio, print and in person, where clicks don't exist. We measure what each channel can honestly report.
Rules and guidelines
What ads are not allowed?
Adult content, weapons, illegal products, political campaigns and misleading claims. We can decline or remove an ad that doesn't fit our community.
Can I advertise alcohol, CBD or hemp?
Alcohol is allowed when strictly age-gated to 21+ and compliant with TABC rules. CBD and hemp are reviewed case by case. Recreational cannabis is not accepted.
What happens to my information?
We use it only to run your campaign. Read our Privacy policy for details.
Affiliates
What is the affiliate program?
Earn commission by referring advertisers to Ads by Dawn. Apply, get your personal link and code, share them anywhere, and we track every sale for you.
How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid on the 30th of each month, by PayPal or Wise, once a sale has cleared its hold period. Refunded sales don't earn commission.
How long does my link last?
When someone clicks your link and buys within 60 days, the sale is credited to you automatically.
Do I need a tax form?
Yes, before your first payout: a W-9 if you are in the U.S., or a W-8BEN if you are outside it.
